The
Dominican
American National
Roundtable
is
proud to announce our:
7th
Annual National Conference
from
September
17-19, 2004
in
New
York City,
presented
by
CUNY
and Health
Plus
In
the tradition of strengthening the national
Dominican agenda, the DANR traditionally rotates
cities every year. Prior
locations have included
Miami,
FL;
Providence,
RI;
Washington,
DC;
and Atlantic
City,
NJ. This
year’s conference will be the second time the
DANR has held it conference in
New
York City.
We
believe that this will be one of the most
informative and motivating conferences
yet.
The
theme of this year’s conference is
Education
and Civic Participation.
We
are expecting a record attendance at this year’s
conference with community leaders, elected
officials, and professionals coming from all
over the country.
This
year the primary activities will take place at
The Great Hall of The City College of
New
York,
part of the City University of New York (CUNY)
system.
CUNY has graduated more Dominicans than
any other university in the
United
States
and we are proud to be partnering with CUNY to
put together a great
conference.
We encourage you to register
early to avoid the long lines during the
conference.
